Organic Inserrata extra virgin olive oil is a 100% Tuscan product of superior category, which comes from our olive groves located in the hills 150 meters above sea level. The early harvest of the olives and the cold pressing without filtering carried out on the same day of harvesting, limit oxidation, guaranteeing and persevering the organoleptic characteristics of this product.

It has an intense golden green color, the nose is broad and enveloping, with rich vegetal hints of fresh mowed herbs, artichoke and field thistle, flanked by olfactory notes of tomato. Elegant and with personality in the mouth, it has tones of lettuce, black pepper and clear almond on the finish. Powerful bitterness and strong spicy.
