    Discover San Miniato

    San Miniato is a village in Tuscany with a thousand-year history dating back to Roman times. In the Middle Ages, San Miniato was an important strategic center among the Tuscan city-states. In the 14th century, it became part of the Medici possessions and experienced a period of great splendor during the Renaissance. In the 19th century, the city was the scene of important historical events. Today, San Miniato is a city of great tourist interest, thanks to its rich history and architectural beauty, with monuments such as the Cathedral of San Miniato, the Palazzo Comunale, the Torre del Diavolo and the convent of San Francesco.

    Inserrata winery is located in the municipality of San Miniato, in the middle of the Tuscany. From here it is possible to quickly reach some of the most important cities of the region, such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, which are about 40 minutes away by car, but also historic towns such as San Gimignano, Volterra and Monteriggioni.

    Coming from the FI-PI-LI highway, exit at San Miniato in the direction of La Serra Via XXIV Maggio 79.

    Coming from Pisa or Florence by train, stop at San Miniato-Fucecchio station there consult the public transport board in the direction of La Serra.
