Truffle Hunting with Tuscan Lunch and Organic Wine Pairing

Live an authentic Tuscan experience between nature, wine and gastronomy with the Inserrata Truffle Hunt : an exclusive experience that combines the charm of the forest with the pleasure of the table.

Your day begins with a guided walk in the mycorrhized woods of our estate in San Miniato, home of the prized white truffle. Together with an expert truffle hunter and his Lagotto dog, you will learn to recognize symbiotic trees, signs in the soil and actively participate in the truffle harvest (variable type based on the season: white, March, summer or prized black).

The experience continues with a lunch based on fresh truffles in our estate, accompanied by three glasses of organic Inserrata wine paired with:

– Fresh pasta with truffle and butter
– Fried eggs with truffle
– Tuscan bread with organic EVO oil Inserrata

Wine pairing :
• Unusual – Sangiovese Bianco (Blanc de Noirs)
• Intoxicating – Sangiovese Rosato
• Together – Red Merlot

Our wines, obtained from certified organic cultivation, best express the terroir of San Miniato, between calcareous sands and marine fossils.
