Your day begins with a guided walk through the mycorrhizal woods of our estate, home of the prized white truffle. Together with an expert truffle hunter and their Lagotto dog, you will learn to recognize symbiotic trees and signs in the soil, and you will take part in the truffle harvest. Truffle type varies by season: white, Marzuolo, summer, or prized black.
