Truffle hunting in San Miniato is an authentic Tuscan experience surrounded by nature, wine and local flavors. An exclusive activity by Inserrata that blends the charm of the forest with a traditional aperitif, in the hills of this ancient Tuscan hill town.

The experience begins with a guided walk through the mycorrhizal woods of our estate, renowned for the prized white truffle. Together with an expert truffle hunter and his Lagotto dog, you will learn to recognize symbiotic trees and signs in the soil, and actively take part in the truffle hunt. The type of truffle varies according to the season: white truffle, Marzuolo, summer truffle or prized black truffle.
