Truffle Hunting & Aperitif with Organic Wines in Tuscany

Experience authentic Tuscany through nature, wine and local food with the Inserrata Truffle Hunt, an exclusive experience that combines the charm of the woods with the pleasures of Tuscan flavors in the hills of San Miniato.

The experience begins with a guided walk through the mycorrhizal woods of our estate, renowned for the prized white truffle. Together with an expert truffle hunter and his Lagotto dog, you will learn to recognize symbiotic trees and signs in the soil, and actively take part in the truffle hunt. The type of truffle varies according to the season: white truffle, Marzuolo, summer truffle or prized black truffle.

The experience continues with an aperitif featuring fresh truffle, accompanied by three glasses of Inserrata organic wine.
